This multi-phased modernization project right-sized a 365-bed cardiac acute specialty hospital.   Campus modifications included new 14-room surgical suite and support service spaces, diagnostic and treatment services, new acute and intensive patient care areas and visitor, patient and staff amenities.   The project also included construction of a 350 space underground parking structure.
