The initial concept of this 4 bedroom, 3500 square foot residence was to capture the dramatic East river views. To attain this the existing windows were enlarged horizontally and interior walls were removed. A 500 square foot terrace was also renovated. These improvements added much light to the apartment and foregrounded the river and skyline view.
